Last weekend I made a pulled pork za, it was three days in the making but worth every single ounce of energy that went into it. My wrists hurt for two days from shredding pork.
I started off with a handsome cut of pork.
Seasoned it with Indonesian black pepper, half sharp Hungarian paprika, brown sugar and lime juice for two days.
Slow roasted it in a homemade maple chipotle bbq sauce for six hours. (I forgot to take a photo before I cut the roast in half, sorry!)
Enjoyed a glass of wine in the middle of shredding pork for an hour.
Caramelized onions and mushrooms.
Baked to perfection.
Enjoyed with a glass of sparkling wine!
