Things I miss from the 90′s.

ABC’s TGIF Friday night lineup. The perfect evening, a bowl of stale Humpty Dumpty Cheese Sticks,  Full House, Family Matters, Step-by-Step, Perfect Strangers…Need I say more?

Crystal Pepsi. I loved this product and when they pulled  it off the shelves due to the cancer causing ingredients I was beside myself.

McDonald’s Pizza. Don’t even get me started on McDonald’s discontinuing this. I have an entire work email folder dedicated to letters I have sent to McDonald’s to bring their tasty Za back.

Funny Simpsons episodes.  It actually makes me angry to watch this show now.

35 millimeter film. While you can still buy this film, do you have you any idea how hard it is to find a place that has the means to develope it?

  1. I love that I’m not the only person who loved stale Humpty Dumpty Cheese Sticks.

  2. Sometimes I will open a bag before going to work in the morning so I can enjoy stale cheese sticks while watching TV!

  3. I don’t remember Perfect Strangers being on TGIF. But my parents probablly made me go to bed in the early years of TGIF. It really went downhill after those shows were cancelled.

  4. [...] Things I miss from the 90′s. – And finally, I get to end the way I like to, with someone who agrees with us: Funny Simpsons episodes.  It actually makes me angry to watch this show now. [...]

  5. I thought I was the only one who remembered the Full House and Perfect Strangers days of TGIF!! I did still enjoy the Boy Meets World and Sister Sister days as well :)

PS for me it was ketchup chips and root beer :)
